Description

  • Understand and monitor Insider One’s testing processes and quality assurance responsibilities.
  • Create, execute, and support manual and automated test scripts.
  • Record and track test results, including successful and failed outcomes.
  • Log new defects discovered during testing and contribute ideas for resolving them.
  • Retest issues when needed and confirm timely resolution of problems.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and report defects and results.
  • Set up the required software and hardware for test environments.
  • Define testing strategies and help create and implement test plans with business owners.
  • Maintain necessary quality control systems across products, systems, and processes.
  • Work on product, system, and process development and propose solutions to problems.

Requirements

  • Experience in software development and testing of complex products.
  • Knowledge of software testing processes and methods such as ISEB, ISTQB, or TMAP.
  • Familiarity with functional test automation tools such as Selenium; Appium, Locust, and Jenkins are a plus.
  • Experience with Python and Java.
  • Working knowledge of Jira.
  • Strong English skills for analyzing technical documents.
  • Open, professional, and diplomatic communication style.
  • Ability to work in agile environments and adapt to constant change.
  • Ability to prioritize work and respond effectively to sudden plan changes.
  • Passion for self-improvement and exploring different ways of working.
