Description

  • Lead and scale the global creative function across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Own and evolve the company’s visual identity and brand systems across campaigns, events, paid media, website, and product storytelling.
  • Build and manage a hybrid team of in-house designers, freelancers, and agency partners.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-impact campaigns and design assets.
  • Translate business briefs into creative direction that performs and scales.
  • Maintain high standards for craft, detail, and brand consistency across every execution.
  • Manage creative budgets, resources, timelines, and priorities.
  • Establish workflows and design operations that improve speed without sacrificing quality.
  • Provide feedback and direction that strengthens people and creative output.
  • Champion the brand internally and externally.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in creative, brand, or design roles.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in fast-growth B2B SaaS or agency environments.
  • A portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, marketing campaigns, and design systems.
  • Strong attention to detail across concepts and production work.
  • Proven ownership of creative outputs from ideation through post-launch optimization.
  • Experience using AI to scale brand systems while maintaining quality standards.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, freelancers, and agencies across time zones.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and speed while bringing clarity and direction.
  • Strong creative judgment paired with business acumen.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing creative budgets, tooling, and resource planning.
  • Experience implementing scalable design operations and feedback loops.
  • Comfortable flexing hours across multiple time zones to meet critical milestones.
