Description

  • Define the product vision, roadmap, and the why, when, and what behind new products and releases.
  • Lead cross-functional teams from product ideation through launch.
  • Articulate business value and product intent clearly to engineering, design, and other stakeholders.
  • Define the release process and coordinate activities required to bring products to market.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlog items and initiatives.
  • Own the creation, development, and curation of new product ideas.
  • Benchmark market needs, customer requirements, competition, and emerging technologies.
  • Define and analyze product metrics, customer satisfaction, and feature performance to recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS product.
  • Hands-on experience using and applying large language models, including prompt engineering, evaluation, and tuning.
  • Hands-on experience building or using LLM-powered agentic solutions.
  • Strong understanding of GenAI fundamentals, including LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, hallucinations, bias, and accuracy.
  • Experience with model APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Mistral.
  • Hands-on experience in Agile product development.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on a time-bounded schedule.
  • Experience building or iterating customer journeys using low-code/no-code tools and drag-and-drop automation platforms.
  • Ability to assimilate customer requirements, design solutions, and translate them into detailed product specifications.
  • Ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Turkish.
  • Experience establishing and refining quality and accuracy processes for conversational AI channels (nice to have).
