Description

  • Own backlog hygiene across Pogun projects, including Definition of Ready, epic decomposition, dependencies, labels, and stale-issue cleanup.
  • Track delivery with engineering leads by managing milestones, target dates, and early slippage detection.
  • Prepare weekly delivery summaries for the head of product and stakeholders, focused on shipped work, upcoming work, and risks.
  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards that connect user stories to shipped outputs using AI-assisted tooling.
  • Coordinate across outsourced contributors, business development, and product peers to keep work aligned.
  • Improve process and tooling through workflow conventions, automated security and dependency sweeps, and PR-review nudges.
  • Provide roadmap and go-to-market input by reviewing sequencing, feasibility, and alignment between marketing and reality.
  • Handle operational support such as software license procurement, team event logistics, and day-to-day Slack coordination.
  • Work with the engineering manager and engineers to maintain a clear view of delivery status and team priorities.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience in technical product ownership, delivery management, or technical program management.
  • Demonstrated ownership of an engineering backlog at scale in Linear, Jira, or a similar tool.
  • Proven initiative in identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and implementing fixes independently.
  • Working understanding of GitHub, pull requests, CI/CD, and testing practices.
  • Enough technical literacy in Bitcoin, BitVM, Cardano, and cross-chain bridging to triage issues without constant engineering round-tripping.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce crisp, summary-level reporting.
  • Comfort building lightweight dashboards with modern AI-assisted tooling.
  • Bonus: prior crypto or Web3 engineering exposure.
  • Bonus: experience working with distributed contributors.
  • Authority to enforce Definition of Ready standards and set priority within agreed initiatives.
