Description

  • Own the product planning, roadmap, and delivery outcomes for the AI Agent platform.
  • Understand the needs of different business teams and abstract common use cases into reusable platform capabilities.
  • Design the full lifecycle for agent creation, configuration, debugging, evaluation, release, monitoring, and continuous optimization.
  • Plan and drive core capabilities such as workflow orchestration, multi-agent collaboration, task decomposition, and intelligent routing.
  • Build tool integration capabilities for Tool Calling, APIs, plugins, and MCP-based access.
  • Advance enterprise knowledge base, RAG, memory, context management, and model routing capabilities.
  • Strengthen permission control, data security, approval auditing, exception retry, human intervention, and fallback mechanisms.
  • Establish agent evaluation and operations metrics to improve completion rate, accuracy, stability, response speed, and cost.
  • Coordinate across algorithms, engineering, data, security, and business teams to deliver high-quality releases on schedule.
  • Define agent integration standards and best practices to lower the adoption barrier for business teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience with AI Agent, AI middle platform, developer platform, low-code platform, or enterprise SaaS products.
  • Proven product owner ability to independently assess needs, plan products, manage priorities, and drive implementation.
  • Platform product mindset with the ability to abstract reusable capabilities from complex and fragmented business demands.
  • Understanding of LLM and AI Agent fundamentals, including Prompt Engineering, Tool Calling, RAG, Workflow, Memory, model evaluation, and LLMOps.
  • Ability to communicate deeply with algorithm and engineering teams, with strong technical understanding and system design capability.
  • Strong business judgment, data analysis, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Results-oriented and accountable for platform adoption, capability reuse, business automation outcomes, and ROI.
  • Experience supporting multiple business scenarios and product teams rather than a single AI product direction.
  • Preferred: familiarity with MCP, API gateways, plugin ecosystems, and internal enterprise system integration.
  • Preferred: experience with multi-agent collaboration, intelligent workflows, agent evaluation, model routing, or AI governance.
  • Preferred: experience in finance, trading platforms, risk control, or operations automation scenarios.
