Description

  • Act as the liaison between the client’s business organization and software delivery teams.
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to capture business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into functional design specifications, user stories, use cases, and business process flows.
  • Manage, prioritize, and adjust requirements with product management and cross-functional teams based on timeline, complexity, and business drivers.
  • Work with business and technical teams to groom priorities and support effective delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Define business dependencies and understand system intricacies across integrated platforms.
  • Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities to automate and reengineer them.
  • Perform data mapping and define integration requirements between platforms.
  • Collaborate with project managers to plan tasks, resources, and timelines, and to identify and track risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions.
  • Document feature sets, support QA validation, lead UAT sessions, and ensure successful handoff for launched features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10+ years of experience as an IT Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
  • Experience with web and mobile platforms and working with APIs.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Experience creating mockups, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Experience leading or facilitating requirement meetings and design discussions.
  • Knowledge of basic documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to research system issues and products as needed.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong customer service orientation and experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with a change-agent mindset and the ability to drive process improvement.
  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed, resilient, and able to work independently with initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships across diverse teams.
