Description

  • Develop business cases to support investment decisions to build, partner, or buy.
  • Serve as the voice of the market and customer for the product area internally and externally.
  • Build and maintain product roadmaps and coordinate a unified cross-functional product plan.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales on go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and pricing.
  • Drive complex product priorities across teams with multiple dependencies.
  • Develop and coordinate commercialization and launch plans with internal departments and the Product PMO.
  • Translate product strategy into requirements and prototypes, then work with architects, developers, and customers to implement features.
  • Act as a product evangelist to ensure the vision, roadmap, and best practices are understood by go-to-market teams.
  • Analyze product metrics and KPIs to measure market success.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, confidentiality, HIPAA requirements, and separation-of-duties procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of software product management experience managing platform or integration products.
  • Minimum 5 years of healthcare information technology experience with a focus on partner integration products.
  • Clinical trials experience preferred.
  • Experience with Pragmatic Marketing or certification in Pragmatic Marketing.
  • Proven ability to perform strategically and execute operationally.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams from product concept to reference customers.
  • Proven track record of creating and launching new products.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Agile development methodologies.
  • SaaS or cloud software experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Authorized to work in the United States; no immigration sponsorship available for this role.

  • Base salary range of $112,600 to $155,000 USD.

  • Primary remote work arrangement with a hybrid schedule for candidates within 40 miles of certain offices.
