Description

  • Own the redesign and optimization of the revenue organization’s data architecture, including resolving historical data debt and structural inefficiencies.
  • Establish, lead, and enforce data governance frameworks, policies, and monitoring processes to protect data integrity across go-to-market systems.
  • Transform siloed data into an AI-ready state through automated hygiene, deduplication, and enrichment efforts.
  • Partner with IT, enterprise data teams, and business leaders to align revenue data standards and ensure seamless data flow.
  • Serve as the internal product owner for revenue capabilities, defining product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle governance for sales tools and AI deployments.
  • Continuously evaluate sales, operational, and compensation workflows to identify opportunities for agent-first AI intervention.
  • Own evaluation, selection, and relationship management for AI and data vendors.
  • Use deep Salesforce expertise to integrate data and AI initiatives into the core CRM with minimal friction.
  • Drive rep-centric workflow design that reduces administrative burden, increases selling time, and improves adoption.
  • Lead organizational change and enablement efforts to build a data-first, AI-augmented culture among sales teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, Enterprise Data Architecture, and GTM Systems Strategy.
  • Deep architectural expertise in CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to untangle complex data models and rebuild them for scale.
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide data governance programs.
  • Experience resolving systemic data quality challenges.
  • Strong product management background with experience owning internal tech stack roadmaps.
  • Experience evaluating, selecting, and implementing AI-driven sales enablement and automation tools.
  • Ability to bridge technical data architecture concepts with practical sales execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States for this US-based position; immigration sponsorship is not available.

  • Base compensation range of $170,900 to $225,000 USD.
