Description

  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performance data architectures aligned with business and technology strategies.
  • Define architecture patterns, standards, best practices, and technology strategies for modern data platforms.
  • Design and evolve Lakehouse and cloud data platform architectures using Databricks and/or Snowflake.
  • Lead data architecture initiatives across AWS and/or Azure environments.
  • Define data integration, ingestion, transformation, storage, governance, security, and consumption patterns.
  • Serve as a technical reference for Data Engineering and Analytics teams and guide architectural decisions.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, analytics teams, product managers, and business stakeholders.
  • Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership.
  • Develop AI-ready data architectures using AI Agents and Agentic approaches.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and ensure architectures meet enterprise standards for security, quality, scalability, and maintainability.

Requirements

  • Advanced English proficiency at C1 level or above, with strong international communication skills.
  • Extensive experience in Data Architecture and Data Engineering, preferably in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong expertise in Databricks or Snowflake.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS or Azure.
  • Understanding of Lakehouse architectures, data platforms, integration, modeling, and governance.
  • Experience designing end-to-end data solutions and translating business requirements into technical architectures.
  • Knowledge of AI/Agentic approaches for Data, including AI Agents, Agentic Architecture, or Agentic Data solutions.
  • Knowledge or practical experience with Specification-Driven Development (SDD).
  • Strong architectural decision-making, technical leadership, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Preferred: experience with both Databricks and Snowflake, both AWS and Azure, LLM-powered solutions, Generative AI, enterprise data governance, and global teams.
