Description

  • Lead product marketing strategy across the full product portfolio, including positioning, messaging, segmentation, launches, lifecycle GTM, competitive intelligence, and adoption programs.
  • Partner with Product leadership to shape product strategy, roadmap priorities, market opportunities, customer needs, and commercialization plans.
  • Build integrated go-to-market strategies across Product, Marketing, Growth, Brand, Customer Success, Finance, Data, Sales, and Operations.
  • Develop product narratives that clearly communicate SimplePractice’s value to private practice owners, clinicians, and the broader healthcare ecosystem.
  • Establish a scalable product launch process, including launch tiering, readiness planning, enablement, measurement, and post-launch optimization.
  • Own pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy across the portfolio in partnership with key cross-functional leaders.
  • Lead complex pricing initiatives from strategy through execution, including research, packaging design, customer impact analysis, revenue modeling, rollout, communication, and performance measurement.
  • Develop pricing strategies that balance customer value, competitive positioning, revenue growth, margin strength, and long-term monetization opportunity.
  • Shape the positioning, launch, adoption, and trust strategy for AI-enabled products and capabilities.
  • Lead market research and voice-of-customer efforts, translating customer and competitive insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team across product marketing, pricing strategy, and market research.
  • Serve as a senior go-to-market leader and influence company strategy, planning, and performance management.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product marketing experience, with significant leadership responsibility in a high-growth SaaS, technology, or platform business.
  • Experience leading product marketing across a broad product portfolio in a product-led growth environment.
  • Deep experience in pricing, packaging, monetization strategy, and complex pricing transformations.
  • Demonstrated success launching major pricing changes, new packaging models, or monetization systems in market.
  • Experience serving SMB customers is strongly preferred.
  • Healthcare, healthtech, wellness, fintech, payments, or other regulated or sensitive-category experience is a significant plus.
  • Strong experience partnering directly with Product leadership to shape product strategy, roadmap priorities, and go-to-market plans.
  • Experience leading market research, customer insights, competitive intelligence, or voice-of-customer functions.
  • Strong fluency in AI, including experience commercializing AI-enabled products and applying AI to improve team productivity and GTM execution.
  • Experience operating in a scaled, profitable, private equity-backed, or highly metrics-driven business environment is highly valuable.
  • Prior experience managing managers and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data, research, and business metrics into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional executive communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong customer empathy for SMB owners, practitioners, clinicians, or professionals managing complex workflows.
  • High business acumen, including understanding of revenue growth, EBITDA, margin, LTV, CAC, churn, retention, expansion, and monetization dynamics.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across Product, Marketing, Growth, Customer Success, Finance, Analytics, Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership.
