Description

  • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, app designers, and developers to understand requirements and app features.
  • Create, execute, and track manual and functional test cases for web and mobile platforms.
  • Perform end-to-end testing to validate software quality and functionality.
  • Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman and database testing using SQL queries.
  • Use test management and tracking tools such as JIRA and TFS to document and monitor testing progress.
  • Work within Agile and Scrum environments to support the software development lifecycle.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and help resolve defects during testing phases.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes, testing methods, and tools.
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of test cases, results, and related information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in quality assurance or testing roles.
  • 3-4 years of experience in manual and functional testing for web and mobile platforms.
  • Experience with end-to-end testing.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in creating, executing, and tracking test cases and defects.
  • Experience with API testing and database testing using SQL.
  • Familiarity with test automation frameworks such as Selenium and BDD.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Certification is a plus.
