Description

  • Oversee customer implementations, partner implementations, and new integrations.
  • Lead business operations initiatives, including launching the virtual practice and supporting medical service delivery models.
  • Develop and refine revenue cycle management and home services solutions.
  • Work with technology, RCM, and integration processes to support custom partner solutions.
  • Drive product adoption and patient enrollment across client organizations.
  • Maintain strong client engagement, satisfaction, loyalty, and referenceability.
  • Manage client issues and escalations and coordinate resolution with cross-functional teams.
  • Own renewals and support sales on upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Improve implementation and customer success processes, including trackers, presentations, and KPIs.
  • Provide field feedback to inform product direction and contribute where needed in an early-stage startup environment.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience in healthtech managing executive relationships with healthcare organizations.
  • Payer and hospital client experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to identify problems and formulate solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Passion for using technology to improve healthcare.
  • Ability to quickly learn and use new software and tools.
  • Proven adaptability in a high-volume role with the ability to meet deadlines and metrics.
