Description

  • Serve as the senior point of contact for government and public sector clients and build trusted relationships with agency and program leadership.
  • Own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of government accounts, ensuring commitments are met on time, within scope, and in line with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers and account leaders.
  • Drive retention and expansion across the account portfolio and identify opportunities to broaden adoption within existing programs and agencies.
  • Own core performance metrics including CARR, ARR expansion, churn, NPS, and CSAT.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, Delivery, Technical, and Engineering teams to align client strategy and deliver a unified experience.
  • Maintain an active presence with client organizations to stay aligned to evolving program priorities, policy changes, and operational challenges.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for complex client issues and resolve them with urgency while protecting long-term relationships.
  • Contribute to and improve playbooks and frameworks for government and public sector account management.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in government health programs, managed care, or healthcare technology.
  • Significant experience serving Medicaid, Medicare, CMS, or state and federal government health agencies.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing complex, multi-stakeholder government accounts.
  • Experience navigating procurement cycles, regulatory requirements, and agency politics.
  • Experience leading and developing customer success or account management teams in a healthcare technology or services environment.
  • Deep understanding of Medicaid managed care, Medicare Advantage, CMS program requirements, value-based care, and population health management in government programs.
  • Strong credibility with government program directors and agency executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver on retention and growth metrics including CARR, ARR, churn, NPS, and CSAT.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence.
  • Ability to collaborate across matrixed teams and influence outcomes in complex environments.
