Description

  • Deliver ongoing clinical training, workflow support, and best-practice recommendations to customers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clinical leaders, care managers, physicians, and operational teams.
  • Monitor adoption, identify gaps, and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Support change management efforts as customers adapt workflows and processes.
  • Translate clinical requirements into solution configurations for care management, quality, chronic disease management, and utilization management.
  • Lead clinical discovery sessions to capture requirements and align platform capabilities with clinical objectives.
  • Configure and optimize clinical programs, protocols, assessments, and workflows within the platform.
  • Ensure solution design aligns with evidence-based practices and compliance requirements such as HEDIS, CMS, and value-based care models.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, implementation, marketing, and customer success teams to support delivery, onboarding, retention, and expansion.
  • Review program performance data, interpret analytics and quality measures, and help customers create performance improvement plans.

Requirements

  • Clinical licensure is required.
  • 3+ years of experience in clinical practice, care management, population health, or ambulatory clinical operations.
  • Experience using healthcare technology platforms such as EHRs, care management systems, or analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of value-based care, care coordination, chronic disease management, and quality programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to translate clinical workflows into technical requirements.
  • Comfort working online and on remote schedules.
  • Experience in healthcare technology or SaaS environments is preferred.
  • Background in implementation, consulting, or clinical informatics is preferred.
  • Familiarity with interoperability, analytics, and clinical workflow design is preferred.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and quality frameworks such as HEDIS, CMS Stars, ACO, and Medicare Advantage is preferred.
