Description

  • Lead a first-class onboarding experience and ensure customer use cases and requirements are met on time.
  • Translate technical customer needs to internal technical teams and relay product feedback on feature requests and enhancements.
  • Coordinate onboarding and business reviews to assess performance, understand priorities, and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with internal teams to build account plans and align customer needs with use cases to increase platform usage.
  • Proactively identify customer risks and work with internal teams to develop and drive mitigation plans.
  • Identify customer issues and business challenges and help develop solutions, process improvements, programs, or assets.
  • Develop and drive renewal plans and deliver strategic value messaging to analysts, management, and the C-suite.
  • Review account dashboards, metrics, logins, and use cases to assess customer health.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or a post-sales role at a technology company.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions for technical teams such as cybersecurity, DevOps, or IT.
  • Experience asking questions to uncover problems, identify new opportunities, and translate technical requirements to internal teams and partners.
  • Knowledge of APIs and how they function.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. and unable to require visa sponsorship.
  • Must be based in PST or MST for this remote position.
