Description

  • Own a strategic GSI partnership end to end and manage stakeholders across both organizations.
  • Build, qualify, and close partner-sourced opportunities to drive joint pipeline and revenue commitments.
  • Represent Innovaccer in end-customer conversations with payer, provider, and life sciences accounts.
  • Maximize Gravity license consumption, support renewals, and grow the partnership through expansion and new license purchases.
  • Open net-new logos and expand accounts into Innovaccer’s broader product portfolio through the GSI relationship.
  • Partner with solution and product teams to co-develop and bring Gravity-based joint solutions to market.
  • Build and run partner enablement programs, including certifications, bootcamps, battle cards, and ride-alongs.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for pricing, deal structuring, contract questions, and order processing.
  • Coordinate commercial, legal, and finance teams to keep partner deals moving efficiently.
  • Gather partner feedback, win-loss themes, roadmap input, and joint marketing opportunities for Innovaccer.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of enterprise SaaS experience in alliances, partnerships, channel sales, or strategic accounts.
  • Meaningful experience working with Global Systems Integrators.
  • A track record of owning and hitting a partner-sourced revenue target, with a focus on expansion and renewal growth.
  • US healthcare domain experience in payer, provider, or life sciences is preferred.
  • Comfort selling complex enterprise platforms to senior buyers such as CIOs, CDOs, CMOs, and COOs.
  • Exposure to partner Centers of Excellence, certification programs, or enablement engines.
  • Fluency with deal mechanics, including pricing, contracts, deal registration, and channel rules of engagement.
  • Executive presence and credibility with GSI leadership and end customers.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
  • Willingness to travel about 30% for QBRs, SKOs, customer engagements, and internal meetings.
