Description

  • Lead the Account Management department and mentor mid- and junior-level team members.
  • Own agency service delivery for multiple clients and ensure high-value strategic services are delivered effectively.
  • Manage teams responsible for delivering projects and the full Evoke client experience.
  • Build and maintain strong senior-level client and agency partnerships.
  • Serve as an expert on clients’ businesses, categories, channels, and target audiences.
  • Identify staffing needs, assess talent-to-task fit, and address team weaknesses before they become issues.
  • Support and grow client relationships while identifying opportunities to grow Inizio Evoke’s business.
  • Work toward quarterly and annual financial goals.
  • Mentor and support account management team members and indirect reports.
  • Identify organic and greenfield growth opportunities and help close new business.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of account management experience in general advertising or interactive advertising.
  • At least 8 years of agency experience.
  • At least 8 years of healthcare experience.
  • At least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Experience leading and mentoring diverse teams.
  • Multichannel marketing experience.
  • Professional and consumer marketing experience.
  • Proven experience pitching and closing new business.
  • Analytical ability to interpret marketing data and budgets and turn insights into optimizations and growth opportunities.
  • Experience managing account team members at both mid-level and junior levels.
