Description

  • Lead complex projects independently with support from Assistant Project Managers.
  • Manage end-to-end project development from initiation through delivery while maintaining quality.
  • Translate project requirements into clear plans for internal teams and development partners.
  • Partner with technology teams to define scope, technical requirements, dependencies, and execution approach.
  • Lead med/legal submission preparation and submission for digital assets with functional annotation.
  • Apply structured workflows such as SDLC or hybrid methodologies to support efficient delivery.
  • Maintain systems of record and lead daily or weekly production meetings.
  • Develop project schedules, milestone plans, and task-level tracking for digital builds and deployments.
  • Monitor project budgets, support client budget reporting, and track effort for development, QA, and deployment.
  • Manage resourcing, external vendors, and development partners while identifying and mitigating delivery risks.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of project management experience.
  • Marketing agency experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience managing large cross-functional teams across creative, strategy, and technology.
  • Experience managing multiple vendors and complex workstreams.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet and with financial systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing digital projects such as web builds, CRM programs, or interactive campaigns.
  • Understanding of digital ecosystems, development workflows, and platform dependencies.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Workfront, or similar workflow platforms, plus working knowledge of SDLC, agile, or hybrid methodologies.
