Description

  • Execute change and adoption activities aligned to the overall AI transformation strategy across platform releases.
  • Develop practical, workflow-level materials that support day-to-day use of new tools and processes.
  • Identify change impacts and propose solutions to address adoption challenges.
  • Coordinate change activities across releases to reduce change fatigue and support sequencing.
  • Prepare stakeholder materials, coordinate engagement activities, and track stakeholder engagement.
  • Equip champions and business leads with tools, coaching materials, messaging, and toolkits to drive adoption.
  • Create clear, audience-specific communications and support training and enablement delivery with follow-up and effectiveness tracking.
  • Partner with Product, Learning, leadership, and internal teams to deliver enablement and amplify communications.
  • Monitor adoption metrics, gather stakeholder feedback and readiness signals, and turn insights into action.
  • Track timelines, risks, deliverables, and progress across multiple workstreams while facilitating meetings and documenting outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in change management, transformation, L&D, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting technology or digital platform adoption projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against defined plans.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, communications, or L&D teams.
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks such as Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in agile, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in consulting, agency, or professional services environments is preferred.
  • Background in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries is preferred.
  • Exposure to AI, automation, or emerging technology programs is preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital workplace and productivity tools such as Smartsheet or Asana is preferred.
