Description

  • Serve as the internal contact and operational partner for all projects across the agency.
  • Manage the end-to-end development of projects according to established business processes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in delivering marketing programs from brainstorming through execution.
  • Participate in decisions related to process, resources, budgets, and schedules.
  • Present the agency’s capabilities and workflow internally and externally.
  • Ensure project processes are followed and that work complies with regulatory requirements.
  • Assess project feasibility, identify resource needs, and coordinate with resourcing leadership to secure support.
  • Identify project risks, course-correct issues, and keep work on track.
  • Build detailed project milestones, schedules, and status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop estimates for hours and out-of-pocket expenses for new projects and partner with account services and finance on budget solutions.
  • Manage vendor and agency partner relationships.
  • Co-lead client status calls with account services, including updates on agendas, status, budget, and timelines.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of project management experience working with creative teams.
  • Experience in a marketing agency or pharmaceutical marketing setting.
  • Experience managing budgets, developing timelines, and creating status agendas.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams of 10 to 15 people across strategic services, creative services, technology services, event planning, print production, and finance.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently to keep projects on time and on budget.
  • Comfort motivating teams to make decisions and commit to deadlines and deliverables.
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments and compliance requirements for project work.
  • Experience coordinating resources and working with multiple internal departments.
  • Preferred experience in a collaborative work environment.
  • Preferred ability to work remote PST or hybrid from the San Francisco office.
