Description

  • Manage the end-to-end development of projects according to established business processes.
  • Serve as the internal contact and operational partner for account teams and the broader development team.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in delivering marketing programs from brainstorming through execution.
  • Participate in decisions about process, project resources, budgets, and schedules.
  • Ensure teams follow processes and that projects comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify project resource needs and coordinate with resourcing management to secure support.
  • Assess project feasibility based on scope and training needs.
  • Identify, prevent, and resolve risks that could affect project delivery.
  • Develop project milestones, detailed schedules, and status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare estimates for hours and out-of-pocket expenses, and partner with account services and finance on budget issues.
  • Build and manage relationships with vendor and agency partners.
  • Co-lead client status calls and communicate project status, budget, and timelines.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of project management experience working with creative teams.
  • Experience in a marketing agency or pharmaceutical marketing environment.
  • Experience managing budgets, developing timelines, and creating status agendas.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams of 10 to 15 people across strategic services, creative services, technology services, event planning, print production, and finance.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently to deliver projects on time and on budget.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience motivating teams to make decisions and commit to deadlines and deliverables.
  • Willingness to work remotely in PST or hybrid out of the San Francisco office.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with regulatory requirements in a marketing or pharmaceutical setting.
