Description

  • Manage high-level, complex projects that require cross-agency and/or vendor support.
  • Develop and maintain brand-level plans and initiatives, including Gantt charts and related timelines.
  • Direct team priorities, delegate work within the PM team, and support day-to-day project management oversight.
  • Serve as the client point of contact in partnership with the account team for project plans, budgets, and revisions.
  • Oversee legal and regulatory submissions and recommend process adjustments to improve submission quality and consistency.
  • Support client onboarding to agency processes and help identify risk and mitigation plans.
  • Lead annual scope of work and change order development with cross-functional partners.
  • Own brand financial management, including estimates, forecasting, weekly budget tracking, reporting, and client reconciliations.
  • Manage team utilization, reallocate workload as needed, and serve as an escalation point for the PM and cross-functional team.
  • Provide onboarding, training, mentoring, and development support for PM and Sr PM team members.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of project management experience in a healthcare advertising agency environment.
  • Experience overseeing complex, cross-functional project work in a client-facing setting.
  • Ability to manage budgets, forecasting, estimates, and reconciliations.
  • Experience working with legal and regulatory submission processes (preferred).
  • Experience mentoring, training, or leading project management team members.
  • Ability to collaborate with department heads, PMO, agency leadership, and cross-functional partners.
  • Comfort with resource planning and workload balancing across multiple brands.
  • Ability to support remote work aligned to EST hours.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (not specified, if required by employer).
