Description

  • Collaborate on the creation and execution of integrated marketing and communications plans for assigned clients and brands.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for account-level omnichannel strategy work.
  • Partner with account management, project management, creative, data, technology, media, and strategy teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Translate brand challenges, commercial opportunities, audience insights, and behavioral data into personalized omnichannel experiences.
  • Define measurement plans, contribute to performance analysis, and develop optimization recommendations.
  • Drive annual strategic and tactical plans across channels, content, messaging, and media mix.
  • Bridge insights, creative, analytics, media, and client goals into high-performing engagement ecosystems.
  • Support business development efforts, including assisting with new business pitches.
  • Maintain awareness of omnichannel best practices, trends, channels, technologies, and partners.
  • Provide client-facing presentations and act as a trusted strategic advisor to clients.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of agency experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing, focused on healthcare professionals in a digital, engagement, or omnichannel strategy role.
  • Experience marketing to patients or consumers is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong fluency in media and channel capabilities.
  • Understanding of content strategy and a data-first mindset.
  • Experience managing client relationships and working in multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Hands-on experience supporting agency new business efforts.
  • Proficiency in creating impactful presentations.
  • Expertise in omnichannel marketing, digital marketing, CRM, relationship marketing, customer segmentation, segmented content strategies, marketing and sales automation, digital media, social media, search (SEO/SEM), and marketing analytics.
