Description

  • Plan learning design projects with instructional designers and ensure timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables are met.
  • Translate project plans into clear task lists and monitor progress across the team.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for other teams and stakeholders and align expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Organize and track project approvals and reviews, following up proactively to keep work moving.
  • Support people management activities such as project assignment, capacity monitoring, and escalation of bottlenecks.
  • Develop and manage a limited number of e-learning projects as an instructional designer.
  • Support training launches and craft clear internal and client-facing communications.
  • Contribute to process improvements that strengthen collaboration and scalability across INFUSE Academy operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of mid- or senior-level instructional design experience or a similar role within an L&D department.
  • 1+ year of experience in team coordination, leadership, or project management within learning or a related field.
  • Strong AI literacy, with experience creating custom GPTs and scaling solutions across teams as a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including experience managing change within teams.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Highly organized with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable adjusting plans based on shifting priorities.
  • Ability to work as a team player in a collaborative, supportive environment.
  • Impeccable English speaking and writing skills.
