Description

  • Lead the end-to-end internal project lifecycle from requirements gathering through solution delivery and business process implementation.
  • Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to identify business needs and translate them into actionable project requirements.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to maintain clarity, alignment, and transparency.
  • Collaborate with product managers, design, development, and other teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Lead change management efforts to support smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor project performance and KPIs to ensure alignment with project objectives and business outcomes.
  • Ensure business process solutions are embedded into workflows and adopted by teams.
  • Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and proposed solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver progress reports, presentations, and status updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and delivery skills.
  • Experience in business process analysis and optimization, or product workflow buildup, is required.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and both business and technical stakeholders.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and deadlines.
  • English level of at least B2.
