Description

  • Engage daily with clients to build relationships, provide tailored support, and deliver custom solutions.
  • Own client projects from start to finish, including scoping, recruiting the right experts, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, managers, and internal stakeholders to present GLG’s full product suite and support commercial goals.
  • Help maximize revenue and retain existing accounts through responsive client service and account support.
  • Uphold GLG’s compliance framework and company values in day-to-day work.
  • Work closely with leading professionals and experts to connect clients with the insight they need.
  • Develop and refine project management, communication, negotiation, critical thinking, and account management skills.
  • Potentially lead future Associates after succeeding as an individual contributor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (required).
  • 0-3 years of work experience in client-facing, sales, or account management roles.
  • Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including comfort with phone-based outreach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Receptive to close coaching and feedback.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Hustle and tenacity with a strong drive to delight clients.
  • Appreciation for data and comfort working with numbers.
  • Willingness to work flexible and extended hours, including evenings and some holidays, based on client needs.
