Description

  • Shape and sell Oracle ERP solutions by engaging senior stakeholders to address client business challenges.
  • Oversee delivery of Oracle ERP solutions in a programme and/or workstream management capacity on large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Identify new and expansion business opportunities on existing programmes.
  • Lead Oracle proposal development, including value proposition, differentiators, and win themes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on Oracle Applications within relevant industries.
  • Mentor and guide consultants within direct, indirect, and matrixed team structures.
  • Coordinate relationship-building activities across teams to support client engagements.
  • Take accountability for consulting revenues and operating margins across responsible key accounts.
  • Coach and develop subordinate managers through stewardship, mentoring, and performance development.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial acumen, sales capability, and negotiation skills.
  • Extensive programme and delivery management experience.
  • Well-established networks, relationships, and involvement in the Oracle ecosystem.
  • Ability to work at a senior level within complex organisations and build empathy, credibility, and trust with key customers.
  • Proven track record of selling and delivering consulting and technology services in large corporate environments.
  • Recognised expertise in Oracle Applications and the ability to align functional solutions with business requirements.
  • Strong presentation skills, including experience presenting to large groups.
  • Collaborative team player who leads by example and is willing to be hands-on.
  • Ability to inspire internal teams and clients across direct and indirect structures.
  • Mature interpersonal and influencing skills, especially at senior client levels.
  • Ability to travel as and when required.
