Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of HCM cloud transformation projects for large, multi-country organizations and multi-module rollouts.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goals and workforce objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on HCM cloud capabilities, configuration, vendor selection, and best practices.
  • Design HR IT landscapes, conduct cloud readiness assessments, and define HR Cloud operations and support models.
  • Deliver HR target operating models (TOM) and experience-driven HR process designs, including incorporation of AI accelerators and digital automation.
  • Advise on workforce transformation including talent marketplace, skill-based organization design, learning, upskilling and reskilling initiatives.
  • Facilitate HR workshops, produce recommendation reports, presentations and transformation roadmaps.
  • Contribute to practice development and pre-sales activities, including proposal development and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering continuous learning and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Proven track record delivering HCM cloud transformation programmes (minimum 5–6 years for Senior Consultants; 8–10+ years for Principals).
  • Robust consulting or in-house HR/HR IT transformation experience in large-scale international environments.
  • Domain expertise across the Hire-to-Retire (H2R) lifecycle, including HR process design, process documentation and experience translation into business requirements.
  • Experience with key HCM platforms and HR tools (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD, Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of HR product/module areas such as Core HR, Performance Management, Talent Development, Recruiting & Onboarding, Learning Management, Job Architecture & Skills Management, People Analytics, Time & Attendance, Total Rewards & Payroll.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive-level facilitation skills, with experience leading transformation/change initiatives.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and technology selection processes and designing HR operating models.
  • Proficiency in both the country’s official language(s) and English at C2 level and willingness to travel for projects.
  • Experience with agile and waterfall delivery methodologies and demonstrated ability to develop proposals, offerings and thought leadership.
  • Relevant HCM platform certifications and practical knowledge of AI/GenAI and automation tools transforming HR processes (preferred).
