Description

Analyze client requirements and develop tailored SAP OTC solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
Lead or participate in SAP OTC implementation projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Configure SAP OTC modules, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, and Credit Management.
Integrate SAP OTC with other SAP modules such as ERP, CRM, and BW, as well as third-party systems.
Develop and execute test cases to validate SAP OTC functionality and data accuracy.
Provide ongoing functional and technical support for SAP OTC issues.
Contribute to knowledge management by sharing expertise and best practices within the team.
Lead large-scale implementation efforts and mentor team members.
Collaborate across business pillars to support client transformation initiatives.

Requirements

8–10 years of experience in SAP OTC or a related area.
Strong understanding of SAP OTC modules and their functionalities.
Experience in SAP OTC implementation projects, preferably in a consulting environment.
Proficiency in SAP configuration and integration.
Knowledge of business processes related to sales order management, pricing, billing, and credit management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead large-scale implementation projects and mentor team members.
Higher education degree in Economics, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for different audiences.
Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Project-related mobility and willingness to travel.
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends (preferred).
