Description

  • Analyze client requirements and develop tailored SAP OTC solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Lead or participate in SAP OTC implementation projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Configure SAP OTC modules, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, and Credit Management.
  • Integrate SAP OTC with other SAP modules such as ERP, CRM, and BW, as well as third-party systems.
  • Develop and execute test cases to validate SAP OTC functionality and data accuracy.
  • Provide ongoing functional and technical support for SAP OTC issues.
  • Contribute to knowledge management by sharing expertise and best practices within the team.
  • Lead large-scale implementation efforts and mentor team members.
  • Collaborate across business pillars to support client transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in SAP OTC or a related area.
  • Strong understanding of SAP OTC modules and their functionalities.
  • Experience in SAP OTC implementation projects, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP configuration and integration.
  • Knowledge of business processes related to sales order management, pricing, billing, and credit management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead large-scale implementation projects and mentor team members.
  • Higher education degree in Economics, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for different audiences.
  • Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Project-related mobility and willingness to travel.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends (preferred).
