Description

  • Liderar o participar en implementaciones end-to-end de SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Relevar necesidades con stakeholders y traducirlas en especificaciones funcionales y documentos técnicos.
  • Diseñar y configurar Business Rules, Workflows, MDF Objects, Position Management, Foundation Objects, modelos de datos y Time Off.
  • Crear y mantener reports y dashboards con Story Reports, Advanced Reporting, Ad Hoc Reporting y People Analytics.
  • Diseñar e implementar integraciones con SAP ECP/Payroll, SAP S/4HANA y sistemas de terceros mediante APIs, conectores, Integration Center, SAP CPI y middleware.
  • Participar en workshops para definir procesos de HR, modelos de datos y requerimientos de sistema.
  • Gestionar migraciones de datos, incluyendo mapping, transformación, validación e importación/exportación.
  • Acompañar UAT, regression testing, cutover y go-live, y brindar soporte post go-live y troubleshooting.
  • Documentar configuraciones, integraciones y lógica de reporting, y mantenerse actualizado sobre los quarterly releases de SuccessFactors.

Requirements

  • 4+ años de experiencia hands-on implementando SAP SuccessFactors, con foco en Employee Central.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de configuración de Employee Central, incluyendo Business Rules, Workflows, MDF, Position Management y Foundation Objects.
  • Experiencia con Story Reports, Ad Hoc Reports, Advanced Reporting y People Analytics.
  • Experiencia sólida con Integration Center, SAP CPI, middleware, APIs, OData y SFAPI.
  • Conocimiento de procesos HR, especialmente Hire-to-Retire, Organizational Management y Time Off.
  • Certificación SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, requisito excluyente.
  • Experiencia en migración y validación de datos mediante templates de Import/Export.
  • Excelentes capacidades analíticas, de resolución de problemas y comunicación con stakeholders.
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades y proyectos simultáneamente.
  • Se valoran certificaciones adicionales en Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation o Performance & Goals; experiencia con ECP, SQL, JSON, XML, consultoría, metodologías Agile/híbridas o proyectos internacionales.
