Description

  • Lead the capture and sale of Oracle integrated transformation solutions and services within the relevant market segment.
  • Shape and sell Oracle ERP solutions by engaging senior stakeholders on their business challenges.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on all matters related to Oracle in relevant markets.
  • Identify new and expansion business opportunities on key programmes.
  • Manage proactive proposal development, including value proposition, differentiators, and win themes.
  • Own consulting revenues and operating margins for assigned key accounts, with responsibility for approximately $6M in annual consulting revenue.
  • Drive new business, sales strategy, and implementation of Oracle solutions into mid to large enterprises.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of services, solutions, and products on time and within cost.
  • Coordinate relationship-building activities across partners, engagement managers, subject-matter experts, and other internal team members.
  • Coach and mentor subordinate managers and support their professional development.

Requirements

  • Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full-lifecycle Oracle programs.
  • Recognized expertise in Oracle and Oracle Applications.
  • Experience aligning functional solutions to business requirements and company vision.
  • Proven thought leadership in Oracle, including publication or syndication of marketable knowledge.
  • Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.
  • Proven excellence in commercial development with confidence engaging senior executives.
  • Previous leadership experience in a services organization, including mentoring direct, indirect, and matrixed teams.
  • Strong sales and closing skills at executive and board level.
  • Strong professional networks and involvement in industry conferences, forums, or thought leadership activities.
  • Comfort working at senior level in complex, rapidly changing organizations.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Collaborative, hands-on leadership style with strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as and when required.
