Description

  • Support agile transformation engagements at team and portfolio levels.
  • Coach clients on Agile at Scale methodologies including SAFe, DAD, and LeSS.
  • Lead agile delivery engagements as Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or Product Owner.
  • Support Lean Portfolio Management engagements.
  • Own client deliverables and ensure engagement outcomes are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Advise client leaders across industry sectors.
  • Support other consultants within the Workforce Transformation practice.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, intellectual property, and methods/tools for the practice.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of agile delivery and coaching experience.
  • Previous consulting, industry, or contracting experience.
  • Strong expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile, and Product Management.
  • Recognized Agile qualification or certification, such as PSM or SAFe Scrum Master.
  • Successful delivery experience using a recognized agile methodology.
  • Proven record of coaching and influencing at team level.
  • Broad business skills including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
  • Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for different audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication in English and German at C2 proficiency.
  • Project-related mobility and willingness to travel.
  • SAP transformation experience is a plus.
  • Base location in Poland and willingness to join an internationally mobile European team.
