Description

  • Map and govern the software development lifecycle value stream, processes, and rituals.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery flow, reducing lead time and eliminating bottlenecks while maintaining cost and quality.
  • Orchestrate workflows between people and AI agents, including exception handling.
  • Define agent autonomy levels and human approval triggers for security, privacy, ethical, and regulatory compliance.
  • Translate upstream business demands into feasible technical execution plans and success metrics.
  • Assess the feasibility and ROI of agentic solutions and approve sustainable architectures.
  • Manage dependencies between AI Engineers and AI Deployment Engineers.
  • Ensure architecture, compliance, and quality validation checkpoints are completed.
  • Lead change management and build the team’s technical fluency during the transition to AI-enabled development.

Requirements

  • Experience with delivery governance, project management, agile practices, and continuous flow.
  • Stakeholder management and team leadership experience.
  • Experience with change management, risk management, and dependency management.
  • Fluency in AI agent orchestration and systemic AI concepts.
  • Ability to analyze ROI, expansion opportunities, and AI performance metrics.
  • Ability to orchestrate squads and AI agents rather than execute individual pipeline steps.
  • End-to-end understanding of software delivery, from requirements through production.
  • Experience supporting cultural transformation in software development.
