Description

  • Act as a process leader and Agile Coach for client teams.
  • Teach best practices for agile methodologies, processes, metrics, and AI in English.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and support teams on an ongoing basis.
  • Build and develop cross-functional software engineering and digital product teams.
  • Manage product backlogs and promote a product-oriented mindset.
  • Build trusted relationships with client and partner stakeholders.
  • Participate in Campinas-area management meetings to exchange best practices, when available.

Requirements

  • Strong written and spoken English for daily interaction with international clients and partners.
  • Experience with software engineering and digital product development.
  • Experience building and developing cross-functional development teams.
  • Hands-on experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum.
  • Knowledge of agile processes, metrics, and AI applications in team workflows.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with backlog management.
  • Genuine interest in teaching and facilitating training sessions.
  • Availability to attend monthly meetings in Campinas or the surrounding region is preferred.
