Description

  • Own the end-to-end execution of campaigns after the sale, from kickoff through final report.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication with sellers, retention managers, influencers, and internal teams.
  • Manage up to 30 influencer campaigns simultaneously, juggling multiple timelines, creators, and deliverables in parallel.
  • Coordinate timelines, influencer slating, draft review and verification, and ensure full completion of deliverables.
  • Act as the voice of the influencer throughout the process and deliver white-glove service to clients, ensuring alignment with brand tone, voice, and strategy.
  • Negotiate influencer rates, understand estimated budgets, and track and optimize campaign budgets.
  • Monitor deliverables to ensure high-quality content meets brand guidelines and campaign goals.
  • Proactively flag and resolve issues, escalate when necessary, and propose practical solutions.
  • Gather and manage all required inputs for campaigns (shipping addresses, product info, payment details).
  • Collaborate with Data Ops for post-campaign performance reporting and optimization.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish and familiar with U.S. and LatAm creator markets.
  • Proven project management ability and experience managing multiple influencer campaigns concurrently (up to ~30 at a time).
  • Deep understanding of creator dynamics, platform trends, and what content formats go viral.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing and optimizing campaign budgets.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ability to maintain timelines, and deliver high-quality, on-brand content.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience coordinating across sellers, retention managers, influencers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfort collaborating with analytics/Data Ops to gather inputs and interpret post-campaign performance (preferred).
