Description

  • Own the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns after the sale, from kickoff through final reporting.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication between sellers, retention managers, influencers, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage up to 30 influencer campaigns at the same time while maintaining quality and timelines.
  • Oversee timeline coordination, influencer slating, draft review, and verification of campaign deliverables.
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed in full and meet brand guidelines, campaign goals, and quality standards.
  • Act as the voice of the influencer throughout the campaign process and support creator-client communication.
  • Deliver white-glove service to clients by aligning campaign execution with brand tone, voice, and strategy.
  • Negotiate influencer rates, track estimated budgets, and monitor campaign spend and optimization.
  • Stay current on platform trends, creator shifts, and viral content to inform campaign execution.
  • Gather required campaign inputs such as shipping addresses, product information, and payment details.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, escalating when needed and proposing solutions.
  • Collaborate with Data Ops on post-campaign performance reporting.

Requirements

  • Experience managing multiple projects or campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle parallel timelines and deliverables.
  • Deep understanding of creator dynamics and creator-client communication.
  • Ability to manage up to 30 influencer campaigns simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on quality, timelines, and follow-through.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset and comfort working under pressure.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Familiarity with U.S. and LatAm creator markets.
  • Experience negotiating influencer rates and working with campaign budgets is preferred.
