Description

  • Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to understand solution needs, constraints, and priorities end to end.
  • Conduct ongoing user and client discovery, including interviews, to identify pain points and validate product direction.
  • Own and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, Scrum teams, and leadership.
  • Lead quarterly product planning by defining goals, priorities, success measures, and execution tracking.
  • Translate client, business, and regulatory needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirements.
  • Maintain a backlog of at least two sprints of fully refined, execution-ready work items and keep next-quarter epics and features planned.
  • Ensure solutions account for security, scalability, performance, reliability, accessibility, and user experience.
  • Evaluate how capabilities fit into the broader platform ecosystem, including shared services, integrations, data flows, and roadmap implications.
  • Partner with engineering throughout delivery to refine scope, answer questions, and validate outcomes against expected behavior.
  • Support operational readiness for launched features and products and create supporting artifacts such as workflows, diagrams, and documentation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a software environment.
  • Experience with large-scale, data-intensive applications or highly regulated, high-volume longitudinal data systems.
  • Experience with healthcare transactions and integrations such as HL7, FHIR, APIs, and integration engines.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Proven experience in Agile/Scrum and Scaled Agile environments.
  • Strong ability to translate client and business needs into product vision, requirements, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing a product backlog to align with client outcomes and business goals.
  • Comfort facilitating conversations across clients, developers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Figma.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Experience in public health, healthcare, or government environments is preferred.
  • Experience implementing AI product management or voice-of-the-customer practices is preferred.
  • Ability to map complex data ecosystems and anticipate upstream and downstream impacts is preferred.
  • Experience building quick prototypes for faster feedback is preferred.
