Description

  • Facilitate communication between the Customer Success team and Support Services Division on Support Plan inquiries and verification.
  • Generate new and renewal quotes for Support Plans and deliver them accurately and on time.
  • Conduct customer outreach by email and phone to support timely renewals and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to secure resources, solutions, and tools needed by customers.
  • Handle customer issues and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and swift resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and support tickets in CRM systems and related tools.
  • Guide new customers through onboarding and help them understand available resources.
  • Solicit existing customers to serve as verbal and/or site tour references for potential new customers.
  • Support spreadsheet projects for the Customer Success team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a customer-facing role.
  • Experience with CRM systems, Zendesk, and/or HubSpot preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Problem-solving ability and a proactive attitude toward customer needs and challenges.
  • Patience when handling customer inquiries or complaints.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
