Description

  • Own recruiting programs from planning through execution, measurement, adoption, and iteration.
  • Develop internal mobility and talent-brand programs that improve hiring sources and candidate experience.
  • Identify recruiting-process friction and implement standardization, documentation, automation, AI, and scalable playbooks.
  • Lead change management for major recruiting initiatives, including the ATS transition.
  • Create communications, training, enablement, readiness plans, and feedback loops to support adoption.
  • Establish operating procedures and governance for contingent workforce partners, including onboarding, performance, reporting, escalation, and offboarding.
  • Evaluate vendor performance, utilization, cost, quality, and responsiveness using data.
  • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions, align stakeholders, surface risks, and drive accountability without direct authority.
  • Advise Talent Acquisition and partner teams on decisions, priorities, and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in recruiting operations, talent programs, or a related field.
  • Experience owning complex cross-functional programs from strategy through execution, adoption, and measurement.
  • Experience leading change management for a major process, program, or technology transition.
  • Deep knowledge of recruiting processes and candidate, manager, and recruiter needs.
  • Proficiency with data analysis, metrics interpretation, trend identification, tradeoff evaluation, and evidence-based recommendations.
  • Experience managing recruiting vendors, agencies, contingent workforce programs, or similar external partners.
  • Strong program-management skills, including planning, governance, risk management, prioritization, and executive communication.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity, influence without formal authority, and create accountability across teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, judgment, organization, and follow-through.
  • Preferred: experience with internal mobility, employer branding, agency governance, vendor scorecards, workforce planning, ATS changes, or high-growth and distributed organizations.
