Description

  • Build standardized operating models, cadences, planning processes, scorecards, and escalation paths across high-volume recruiting pods.
  • Translate hiring goals into funnel requirements, capacity plans, execution priorities, and corrective actions.
  • Monitor hiring health, risks, dependencies, funnel performance, and progress against goals.
  • Manage agency and vendor performance, including onboarding, scorecards, reviews, escalations, and offboarding.
  • Evaluate whether work should be handled internally, by contractors, agencies, or automation.
  • Expand BrightHire, AI interviewer, and other automation-enabled recruiting workflows.
  • Automate reporting, funnel tracking, quality monitoring, and partner performance visibility.
  • Own weekly high-volume hiring reports and provide data-driven recommendations on resourcing and process changes.
  • Partner with Clinical, Behavioral Health, Member Care, Talent Operations, recruiters, pod owners, and hiring leaders.
  • Influence cross-functional partners without direct authority and serve as a central escalation point.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in recruiting operations, program management, high-volume recruiting, staffing, or a related field.
  • Experience owning complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution.
  • Experience using AI-enabled recruiting workflows and improving processes through automation or technology.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting funnels, capacity planning, conversion metrics, and hiring economics.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to diagnose problems and drive operational decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communication with senior leaders.
  • Ability to influence teams and create accountability without direct authority.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
  • Sound judgment, urgency, and comfort surfacing risks early.
  • Preferred: Experience in Clinical, Behavioral Health, Member Care, or other high-volume hiring environments; familiarity with Lever, BrightHire, agency scorecards, dashboards, or capacity models.

  • Base salary of $127,660–$168,000 per year in U.S. Zones A–C.
