Description

  • Build and improve AI-powered marketing and eCommerce workflows to reduce manual work and increase team output.
  • Create repeatable prompts, templates, SOPs, and systems for reporting, research, briefing, QA, and insight generation.
  • Support Shopify website updates, product pages, collection pages, landing pages, and campaign pages across Lifely and related brands.
  • Brief developers clearly, review website changes, and ensure QA is completed before deployment.
  • Improve customer journeys from ad click to checkout, including site speed, UX, merchandising, product content, and on-site messaging.
  • Plan, brief, execute, and review CRO tests across key pages and journeys, then turn findings into next-step improvements.
  • Support marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, email, SMS, SEO, and website channels.
  • Develop creative angles, hooks, landing page briefs, and customer messaging for launches and growth initiatives.
  • Build reporting workflows, analyse performance trends, and turn data into clear commercial recommendations.
  • Work with marketers, developers, designers, and operators to move projects from idea to execution with urgency and quality.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in eCommerce, ideally Shopify.
  • Experience in marketing, CRO, UX, customer journey, or website optimisation.
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and how to apply them in real business workflows.
  • Ability to brief developers, designers, and marketers clearly.
  • Strong communication skills and project ownership.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing quality.
  • Ability to turn strategy into execution.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and customer behaviour.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
  • Shopify Plus experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, GA4, PostHog, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Triple Whale, Figma, Notion, Airtable, n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar tools.
  • Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Replit, Gamma, or AI agents.
  • Experience working with developers on website deployment, QA, and CRO tickets.
  • Experience in DTC, retail, furniture, homewares, lifestyle, sleep, kids, or consumer brands.
  • Experience scaling campaigns across multiple markets.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, Shopify theme structure, SEO, schema, or site speed.
  • Experience building reports, dashboards, SOPs, or workflow automations.
