Description

  • Represent Included Health at conferences, seminars, and industry events to promote its clinical navigation, virtual care, and care management services.
  • Develop and deliver educational sessions for healthcare professionals, clients, and the public on general health and well-being topics.
  • Partner with the sales team in client meetings to communicate the value of clinical services and support upsell opportunities.
  • Work with current clients to understand their health management needs and provide strategic guidance.
  • Support implementation planning for new clients launching clinical navigation, virtual care, care management, All-Included Care, and utilization management services.
  • Help manage client escalations and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Provide clinical navigation and/or virtual care services as needed.
  • Contribute to strategic clinical initiatives and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • MD or DO with 5 years of post-residency experience.
  • Active licensure in good standing in the state of residence throughout employment.
  • Board certification in the primary specialty must be maintained throughout employment.
  • Demonstrated high-quality clinical experience with a strong understanding of general health principles and best practices.
  • Ability to speak to a wide range of medical conditions is preferred.
  • Proven experience in project or program management and coordinating multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical concepts clearly.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to clinical initiatives that create value for clients and the company.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with competing priorities.
  • Willingness to work outside regular business hours and travel as needed, including up to twice per month for 1-2 days at a time, sometimes on short notice.
