Description

  • Conduct telephonic outreach to prospective members, including parents, family members, and caregivers.
  • Guide families through downloading the Imagine app and scheduling an enrollment visit.
  • Communicate Imagine’s services and address parent and family objections.
  • Represent Imagine Pediatrics to families of medically complex children.
  • Coordinate with the Local Outreach Team to support outreach to engaged and non-engaged patients.
  • Use reporting and dashboards to prioritize outreach efforts.
  • Meet or exceed monthly engagement targets.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in outreach, customer service, or a call center role with primarily outbound communication.
  • Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Must be able to attend an in-person final interview in Houston, Texas on August 13th or August 14th.
  • Must be able to work one of the following shifts in Central or Eastern time: 9:00am-5:30pm or 11:00am-7:30pm.
  • Comfort working in a fast-changing startup environment and pivoting quickly on priorities.
