Description

  • Help customers via email and live chat for about six self-scheduled hours per day.
  • Collaborate with teammates through Slack and other constant peer support channels.
  • Work 1-2 weekend days per month and use flex days off during the week.
  • Identify customer issues before they arise and find ways to improve support efficiency.
  • Pilot new services such as onboarding calls.
  • Advocate for customers internally to improve tools and products.
  • Mentor peers and help raise the quality of the customer experience.
  • Contribute to new initiatives with product, marketing, talent, data, and other teams.

Requirements

  • Hands-on WordPress and/or WooCommerce experience beyond building personal sites.
  • Customer support, customer experience, or customer success experience, ideally with high-volume end users.
  • Experience driving measurable improvements or process changes.
  • Fluent English is required; multilingual ability is a bonus.
  • Ability to work independently in a high-autonomy environment and manage deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • AI fluency with experience using AI tools to build workflows, automations, or useful tools.
  • Unique background such as deep technical troubleshooting, eCommerce expertise, leadership, or operations experience is valued.
  • Be specific about relevant background in the application.
