Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable pipelines for ingestion, transformation, feature stores, model training, and real-time inference.
  • Build workflows for extracting, storing, and retrieving semantic representations of unstructured data.
  • Develop analytics and dashboarding solutions that support natural-language queries and AI-backed insights.
  • Manage prompt engineering, orchestration flows, and model fine-tuning processes for conversational interfaces.
  • Oversee vector databases and indexing strategies for retrieval-augmented generation workflows.
  • Gather requirements from data stakeholders and translate them into scalable language-model solutions.
  • Document data processes, workflows, and model deployment routines.
  • Stay current with emerging data engineering, MLOps, and LLM operations methodologies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
  • Strong Python experience for data transformation, manipulation, and large-scale processing.
  • Hands-on experience with Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka.
  • Experience designing pipelines using RDBMS, JSON, APIs, and flat-file sources.
  • Advanced SQL and PL/SQL skills, with expertise in business intelligence and data warehousing.
  • Experience with relational databases and cloud data services such as Snowflake or Redshift.
  • Understanding of software engineering principles, Unix/Linux/Windows environments, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with version control, repository management, branching, merging, and distributed development.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Preferred: Experience with AstraDB, LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, prompt engineering, Hugging Face Transformers, LLaMA-4, MLOps, CI/CD, model fine-tuning, and inference optimization.
