Description

  • Gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend IAM solutions to clients.
  • Lead the architecture and design of new IAM solutions.
  • Own capacity planning and logical and physical architecture design, including hardware requirements, availability, and continuity discussions.
  • Lead IAM technology assessments and health checks.
  • Communicate IAM program strategy and success to executive management.
  • Install, integrate, configure, and deploy IAM solutions.
  • Develop and execute testing for IAM solutions.
  • Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support as needed.
  • Maintain multiple environments using coding best practices and SDLC processes.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain IAM solutions, including product support.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with IAM implementation, architecture, security consulting, or administration.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an IT-related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Identity Governance & Administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Access Management, SSO, and Federation.
  • Hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management and Enterprise Directories.
  • Experience in Java, C#, or similar object-oriented programming languages.
  • IAM technology-specific training or certification is required or preferred.
  • CISSP certification is a plus.
  • Ability to remain current on IAM market trends, tools, methodologies, and best practices.
