Description

  • Design and maintain DevOps infrastructure and enterprise IT architecture.
  • Manage IT application projects, including design, development, and implementation activities.
  • Develop and communicate architectural proposals for projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and coordinate IT strategy and oversee implementation of integrated systems.
  • Analyze data models and database design requirements to improve efficiency and support analysis.
  • Define application structure, technology choices, and technical requirements, including architecture quality attributes.
  • Design, develop, and implement reliable, scalable infrastructure and database solutions.
  • Collaborate with business owners, analysts, engineers, development teams, and infrastructure services to define architecture standards and policies.
  • Support complex system implementations and design secure agile architectures that meet cybersecurity requirements.
  • Apply knowledge of IT, Identity and Access Management, AWS GovCloud, and agile/scrum practices to assess application changes and impacts.

Requirements

  • Required to have and maintain a Non-Sensitive / High Risk (Public Trust) security clearance (Tier 4/6c).
  • Training and certification in IBM products is required.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 12+ years of experience supporting Information Technology.
  • 7+ years of experience supporting IBM Products, Oracle Products, and Cloud-based Products.
  • Strong technical understanding of Information Technology, Identity and Access Management, and AWS GovCloud systems and services.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the software development, enhancement, and maintenance lifecycle.
  • Experience with agile development/scrum.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
