Description

  • Lead global internal, external, and virtual project teams across assigned accounts.
  • Manage projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, and closure using company processes and tools.
  • Develop project plans, workflows, schedules, estimates, and client proposals.
  • Serve as the primary project-level client contact and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
  • Conduct risk assessments, resolve or escalate issues, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Oversee QA activities, including resource allocation, defect management, reporting, and quality performance.
  • Monitor budgets, approve invoices, maintain financial data, and manage project margins and profitability.
  • Prepare project status reports, budget-to-actual analyses, and client/vendor issue updates.
  • Partner with production teams and account directors to improve delivery efficiency and operational performance.
  • Plan and lead quarterly business reviews with clients.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree, or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant industry experience in lieu of a Master’s degree.
  • Proven experience in localization project management.
  • Experience managing large enterprise clients, complex projects, and large-scale accounts.
  • Experience working internationally or with global product development teams.
  • Experience in a technology-driven company or environment.
  • Experience creating client-facing Statements of Work, proposals, process documentation, and post-project reviews.
  • Experience supporting client sales cycles through presentations, analysis, recommendations, and relationship development.
  • Strong experience managing financial budgets, reconciliations, and budget reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with CAT and TMS tools; Crowdin, Smartling, XTM, or Phrase experience is preferred.
  • Ability to lead diverse virtual teams, manage competing deadlines, communicate effectively, and travel as needed.
