Description

  • Receive, validate, and process user provisioning requests through approved request-management channels.
  • Verify user identifiers, including EDIPI, FedID, and SecID, and review User Access Reports for existing access.
  • Submit service records and provisioning requests through Oracle Health eService and authorized platforms.
  • Process standard, ancillary, and special-case application access requests according to established procedures.
  • Track request statuses, service record numbers, resolution notes, and service-level expectations.
  • Communicate completion status, deficiencies, and required corrections to requesters and coordinators.
  • Escalate unresolved requests, processing issues, and operational risks to leadership.
  • Follow and maintain provisioning SOPs, work instructions, security policies, and access-management guidelines.
  • Collaborate with URACs, system administrators, and requesters to resolve access issues and obtain required documentation.
  • Identify workflow improvements and support knowledge sharing and operational documentation.

Requirements

  • Experience with identity and access management, user provisioning, service desk, or comparable operational support.
  • Ability to learn and apply Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) provisioning workflows or similar enterprise healthcare access processes.
  • Strong attention to detail when handling sensitive identity and access information.
  • Experience with data validation, data entry, and records review.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent education and relevant experience.
  • Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain any required government clearance.
  • Four or more years of experience in IAM, provisioning operations, or healthcare IT support (preferred).
  • Experience supporting VA programs or federal healthcare initiatives (preferred).
  • Experience with Oracle Health, Cerner Millennium, Oracle Health eService, UARs, URA processes, healthcare platforms, SOPs, or ticketing environments (preferred).
