Description

  • Investigate, reproduce, diagnose, and resolve technical escalation tickets from customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with support, product, customer success, and customers to gather context and communicate resolution status.
  • Identify self-service engineering issues and implement fixes through pull requests, review, and deployment.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate triage and draft or review code while applying independent technical judgment.
  • Contribute to root-cause analysis and reduce recurring escalations through code, documentation, and runbook improvements.
  • Follow secure development practices, including least-privilege access, secrets management, and protection of sensitive data.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of professional software development experience; internships, co-ops, and substantial personal or academic projects count.
  • Working proficiency in Go; Python experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with relational databases and SQL; PostgreSQL experience is preferred.
  • Strong debugging skills, including analyzing logs, reproducing issues, and tracing problems across systems.
  • Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience using AI development tools such as Claude, with the ability to critically review generated analysis and code.
  • Ownership mindset and ability to follow tickets through resolution.
  • Unix shell scripting experience.
